How to Get Equipment in Voyagers - Basic Gear Explained
Axe, Hammer, Fishing Rod, Merchant's Compass, and Lantern are the basic gear in Voyagers, and you can pick each of those up on the lower deck of the ship. Make sure to unequip what you're currently holding to be able to pick up items. All of these items also spawn randomly on islands and at Merchant Stalls. We'll now explain how to use each piece of gear, excluding the Lantern, which just sheds light around you.
How to Use the Axe to Get Wood
An Axe is used to chop down trees and get Wood. Trees that can be chopped will have rugged and square-ish trunks. Each tree will yield 3 Wood, which you can pick up from the ground as you chop it down. You can also use an Axe as a weapon, dealing a bit less damage than the Sword.
How to Use the Hammer to Repair the Ship
A Hammer is required to fix the holes in the ship, and it uses 2 Wood to fix each hole. To fix a hole, approach it and swing the Hammer in its direction. Planks will pop up over the hole, covering it and stopping the leak. Unlike the Axe, the Hammer can't be used as a weapon.
How to Use the Fishing Rod to Get Fish
A Fishing Rod allows you to catch fish needed for survival. It is the most important piece of basic gear in Voyagers, as without food, you won't be making it past the first few islands. To use it, just press LMB while you're holding it to cast the line. After ~10s, you'll automatically pull back the line and get a fish. You can cast the line and walk away as much as you want and interact with other items (Stove, Anchor, etc.).
How to Use the Compass to Find Merchant Island, Cursed Weapons, and Kraken
There are multiple types of Compass in Voyagers, each guiding you to one of the major locations on the map. You can see the markers of the directions where the islands are, as well as distances at the top of your screen. Here is what each Compass type shows and how to get it:

How to Cook Fish, Restore Stamina, and Heal in Voyagers
All the fish you catch in Voyagers need to be cooked first before you can eat them. To do that, go to the bottom deck of the ship, take out the Raw/Land Fish you caught, and interact with the Stove to place it. Then, wait for the fish to turn brown and pick it up.
Once you have some Cooked Fish, eat it to restore Hunger. You can see both your Health and Hunger at the bottom left of your screen. When you're above ~90% Hunger, your Health will passively regenerate. This effect lasts for a short time, and you'll need to eat again to restart Health regeneration.
How to Buy and Sell Items in Voyagers Roblox - Merchant Island
In Voyagers, you can get new weapons and items and sell the valluables you collected at Merchant's Island. This type of island spawns at multiple locations around the map, each containing different items to buy. To buy an item, simply approach the stall and interact with one of the items on the table.
To sell the valuables you found, enter the box on the right side of the Merchant Stall and drop the items from your inventory into it. All sellable items will be displayed on the right side of your inventory under the Resources section. Note that Wood and all gear, food, and other non-resources can't be sold.
How to Get Weapons and Ammo in Voyagers
Pellets are the ammo used by all guns in Voyagers. Both Pellets and Weapons spawn both as loose loot around islands and in Merchant Stalls on Merchant Islands. Each box of Pellets contains 5 ammo, and when bought, they cost 6 Silver per box. Weapons usually cost around 30-60 Silver. Also, there are special Cursed Weapons available only as loose loot in special locations and have better stats than the non-Cursed versions.

How to Defeat Pirate Zombies Easily
The most common type of enemy in Voyagers is the Pirate Zombies. They spawn on every island, and they do not drop any items when killed. To defeat them all easily, jump to the island to aggro them, and as they are approaching you, jump back onto the ship. Make sure there is a bit of distance between the ship and the docks. If you do it correctly, the Zombie Pirates will all fall into the water as they try to jump to your ship. They won't be able to get out and will just lose HP and die in ~30 seconds.
How to Defeat Black Ghosts Easily
Black Ghosts are the most obnoxious enemy type in Voyagers. They spawn randomly both when you're on the ship and on the ground. They will stop the ship and prevent you from moving it as long as you don't defeat the last wave of them. They usually spawn in 3-4 waves of 2-6 Black Ghosts.
The easiest way to defeat Black Ghosts is to use a Double Barrel or some other ranged weapon. However, the ammo is worth saving for the Kraken, so it's best that you and other crew members aggro a few ghosts each to split the damage until you kill them all.
How to Summon and Defeat the Kraken Easily
The Kraken is the final boss in Voyagers. To summon it, you'll need to use a Cursed Conch found on the Cursed Island. You can get to Cursed Island by first following the ??? Marker from the Mysterious Compass to get the Cursed Compass. Then, follow the Cursed Island marker to find the Cursed Conch. It'll be on a big altar at the top of the island. Only the player carrying the Cursed Compass will see the marker.
Once you have the Cursed Conch, use it while away from land to start the Kraken boss fight. The Kraken will attack the ship with its tentacles, damaging it and allowing you to swing melee weapons at the tentacles as they hit the deck. The tentacles will also damage you if they hit you, dealing ~1/4 HP per hit.
The best way to deal damage to the Kraken is to use ranged weapons. Once you run out of ammo, you can continue to damage it as its tentacles hit the deck. You can also jump into the water and damage its tentacles in melee there, though not all tentacles in the water are damageable.
How Modifiers Work
Modifiers are passive effects you can toggle before you start a run in Voyagers. Some of these effects take achievements to unlock, while some are available from the start. Positive effects like Trade Savvy cost Gold to activate and are worth using on every run. Negative effects, on the other hand, are usually there to make the game harder, in case you found the default experience too easy.
Where to Find Items to Sell
In Voyagers, sellable items, gear, weapons, and everything else you'll need to survive are spread across the islands. Random loot is generated on each island, and it can be anything from axes, hammers, and other basic gear you get at the start to cursed weapons. Just go around any island and look for glowing items on the ground.
How to Sail the Ship
There are two things you'll use to sail your ship in Voyagers: the Wheel and the Anchor. You'll use the Wheel to steer the ship, and if you're on course, there is no need to hold it constantly. You can do other tasks like fishing and cooking freely. To stop/start the ship, you'll have to lower/raise the Anchor at the front.

What are the best weapons in Voyagers?
The best weapons in the game are the Cursed Weapons, which are just buffed versions of regular weapons. The Cursed Double Barrel and any other "Double" weapon are especially strong, using only 1 pellet of ammo to deal insane damage. You can find Cursed Weapons as loose loot on any island, with guaranteed drops on the ??? Island (Mysterious Compass) and on the Cursed Island (Cursed Compass).
Why can't I pick up items?
You have to unequip what you're holding currently in order to pick up items from the ground.
