How to play Poison Candy

To start a match of Poison Candy, you can sit in one of the chairs in the main server area. There are two different areas- Normal and Hard. Depending on your experience, you can sit anywhere you prefer. The only difference is that instead of 24 Candies, you have to eat through 50 different candies, making the core game slightly challenging.

When the game starts, you will have the choice to poison one of the several candies on the table; this can be 24 or 50, depending on the table. Though you can pick any random one, I recommend poisoning anything around the outer perimeter of the candy area or the central ones. Why? from my observation, people usually select the Candies from these positions first before making random picks, increasing their chance of getting poisoned.

Another common Candy number players try to poison is the Number 1. I have found considerable success against novice players using this trick, as they often select this number when playing in a sequence-wise manner.

How to confuse your opponent in Poison Candy

Along with picking a strategic position, you also need to confuse your opponents to win in Poison Candy. The best way to do this is to isolate your Candy and make fake ones. What does this mean? Well, each time you get a chance to eat a Candy, try to consume the ones around the Candy you have poisoned. Also, try to isolate fake Candies and portray them as poisoned ones by eating around them to confuse your opponents. This is extremely helpful in endgame scenarios, as there will be multiple fake ones among the real ones, forcing your opponent to make a mistake.

As you can see in the image above, I have already isolated the 24 and 22 numbered candies on the table. I will also be selecting 13 in the next round, isolating 19 as well. Now, I will only play around the north-eastern side of the board and use these three Candies on the left side to confuse the enemy.

Remember, at the end, Poison Candy is a complete RNG game where any player can pick any Candy at any moment. So, don't be too disappointed if you are on a losing streak, even after following the tips and tricks mentioned above, as you will need a bit of luck to emerge victorious.
