How To Start Plants vs Brainrots Prison Event
To begin, you must first purchase the Central Island, which costs 1,000,000 Money. Once unlocked, a glowing door will appear to the left of your main garden. Entering this door teleports you instantly to the prison island.
On the prison island, you’ll meet the warden NPC, who explains the event. To his side is the Wanted Board, showing the next brainrot target you must capture, and above the jail is another board that tracks your completion percentage and final grand prizes.

After unlocking the prison island, check the Wanted Board to see which brainrot you need to capture next. Then return to your garden and watch the conveyor belt for the listed brainrot to appear, or check your inventory for those Brainrots.
Defeat the Wanted Brainrot (regardless of mutation) and capture it, then bring it back to the prison island to hand it over to the warden. Each captured brainrot immediately updates your completion progress and unlocks the next one in line.
