The most confusing part of St.Patrick's for 2026 is the location of the Shamrock Seas. Unfortunately, there is no location called Shamrock Sea. In fact, most fish in the Bestiary have to be fished at individual locations, while the rest from the Lucky Gold pool that spawns next to the Rainbow, which happens every 45 minutes in the game.

The Rainbow Event appears every 45 minutes in Fisch, and you will get a server-wide notification in the Event section when it starts. All you have to do is read the message, learn the location of the Rainbow, and travel to the location to find the Lucky Gold pool.
