Not sure where to find all NPC locations in Slime Seas? The Slime Seas Roblox experience is an open-world RPG featuring several distinct and massive zones to explore. And while exploring is fun, it can also sometimes be confusing and hard to locate everything you need. In this guide, I'll explain where to find all NPCs in Slime Seas.

Every NPC Location in Slime Seas

Being a Roblox RPG, you’ll naturally interact with all sorts of NPCs in Slime Seas. There’s one for practically anything you plan on doing in the game, from story progression and general quest givers to various merchants, potion crafters, blacksmiths, and more. It can be hard to always know exactly where to find them, so to make things a bit easier for you, we’ve created a complete list of all merchant locations in Slime Seas, as well as other NPCs.

NPC	Location	Role
Brigurd	Location: Starter Island, near the Merchant's shop.	He is the most basic quest giver in the game. Use his repeatable quests to grind through the early levels until you reach level 30. His basic grind quests are useful for learning combat, earning some starting money, and gaining XP quickly.
Merlong	Location: Starter Island, near the Merchant's shop.	Merlog is a race-roll NPC. However, you don’t actually need to visit him to change your race - you can do it directly from the character screen. As a result, his role feels redundant, and he doesn’t really serve a purpose in his current form.
Pirate	Location: Near the docks on any island.	Pirates’ main purpose is to spawn a boat for you, which you’ll use to travel between islands. Keep in mind that PvP is enabled while you’re out on the open seas. Also, you can only use the boat you spawn; you can not control other people's boats.
Berserker	Location: You can find him on almost any island, usually near a beach or dock.	The Berserker sells a unique Berserker Starter Pack Gamepass (for Robux), which includes a Berserker stance and a Berserker armor set (Helmet, Greaves, Chestplate, and the Greatsword).
Merchant	Location 1: You’ll find this merchant on Starter Island, right beside the World Spawn and Daily Spinner. He’s tied directly to the main story progression, and interacting with him lets you sell unwanted weapons for gold. Location 2: Located in the area between the Rima Boss Room and the Potion and Crafting stations. Location 3: Located just past the Rima Boss Room. This is the first vendor you’ll encounter as you enter World 2 (the Dunes Zone).	You can sell all the items you don't need by interacting with the merchant. The merchant on Location 2 sells: Verdant Katana - Faster M1 Attack Speed, 14 DMG base attack, Lvl. 7 Required to wield this Sword, uses the Katana Stance Elder Forest Greatsword - 23 DMG base attack, Lvl. 12 Required, uses the Greatsword and Berserker stances The merchant on Location 3 sells Desert Katana and Crimson Slimesword.
Chief Brak III	Location: Hub Island	He’s technically the first NPC you’re meant to speak with. He will kick off the main story; his only purpose is to hand out Story Quests.
Witch Doctor Baba	Location: World 3 Main Hub	A quest giver that unlocks new recipes and potion brewing options (new luck potion, some greater potions, etc.).
Adventurer Dave	Location: Next to the Lord Rima Boss Room	He’s a quest giver who will teach you how to activate and use Waypoints across various islands. Once activated, these Waypoints serve as fast travel checkpoints, allowing you to travel across islands instantly through the Teleport menu.
Rima	Location: Island 3 - Rima’s Spire	A quest giver whose quest you'll need to complete before being able to fight the Demon Lord Rima boss.
Ash, the Pet Master	Location: Located On the Ice Bridge above the Rima Boss	You can only talk to Ash after defeating Rima for the first time. He is a quest giver, and his questline involves helping him hatch a Drake egg. Once you complete this quest, he will let you keep the little dragon as your pet.

NOTE: This list is by no means complete. The article is a work in progress, and there are many more NPCs we plan to add. As we continue playing, we’ll keep updating it. Additionally, keep in mind that this is a live-service game, so things will continue to change and evolve.

Slime Seas Potion NPC Location

Slime Seas doesn't have a specific NPC dedicated to potion trading (though you will learn a bunch of new stuff from Witch Doctor Baba, so Baba is technically a sort of potion NPC). Instead, the HUB Island has a dedicated Potion Station where you can craft the potions you need. In the first zone, Slime Forest, simply visit the central square on the HUB Island, and you'll easily spot the massive neon Potions sign.

Is There a Blacksmith NPC in Slime Seas

Again, the game doesn't have a specific Blacksmith character. But that doesn't mean there are no blacksmiths in the game. Just like the Potion Station, there is a dedicated Blacksmith Station on the HUB Island where you can upgrade, improve, or dismantle your gear.

How to Upgrade Gear

To upgrade your equipment, you will need Upgrade Crystals, which you can obtain by slaying Slimes that have a chance to drop loot chests containing (possibly) Upgrade Crystals. Alternatively, you can dismantle items (see below) to get the required Crystals. We will get back to that later, but for now, let's see how the Upgrade Station works:

• The first upgrade is always guaranteed (100% success rate).
• The upgrade chance decreases by 5% with each successful upgrade.
• The upgrade chance increases by 5% after each failed upgrade.
• Each type of Crystal upgrades its corresponding item (Crystal must be the same rarity as the item you wish to upgrade)
• You can use Runes to boost your success rate. They also prevent your upgrade chance from decreasing if an upgrade fails.

How to Dismantle Gear

Whenever you obtain a more powerful piece of gear (be it armor or weapons), there are two things you can do with your now-obsolete older gear. You can either sell it to the Merchant NPC for gold, or dismantle it at the Blacksmith Station, which will break it down into an Upgrade Crystal of the same rarity as the item you've dismantled. Here are the important details:

• Dismantling is not instant; it will take some time. The good news is that it also works while you're offline; you don't have to wait for it in-game.
• Dismantled weapons will always give exactly one Upgrade Crystal, even if the weapon was upgraded. When you break it down, you’ll receive a single Upgrade Crystal of the same rarity as the weapon.
• Unlike some other aspects of the game, Upgrade Crystals are not a P2W item. That is, they cannot be purchased directly with Robux or Gems. Aside from dismantling, you can also obtain them from the above-mentioned loot chests, as well as from the Daily Spin.
• If you accidentally put a weapon into the dismantling queue, it will appear in the dismantling menu in the UI, where you can cancel the process completely free of charge.
• Once the dismantling process is complete, a Crystal will be waiting for you there, and you will no longer be able to retrieve the weapon, so be sure to double-check everything.
