When defeated, these Secret Bosses will drop lots of Diamonds, Coins, and EXP. There’s also a small chance that you’ll get the Secret Boss as a Unit. Secret Boss #1 - Black Bull on Green Planet
The first Secret Boss in Anime Story 2 is on the very first World: Green Planet. From the spawn point, go left, and you’ll soon see a Green Planet VIII NPC show up on your left. Interact with him to fight a Level 250 Shiny Black Bull Secret Boss.

Secret Boss #2 - Jolios (King) on Titan City
On World 4, from the spawn point, look to your right, and you’ll see a path between two buildings. Follow that path and go through the broken wall to find the Titan City VIII NPC. Interact with him to fight a Level 250 Shiny Jolios (King) Secret Boss.

Secret Boss #3 - Battle Maniac on Gold District
To find the Battle Maniac Secret Boss, travel to the Gold District (World 6) and go towards the main boss of Gold District (Gold District VII). From there, use any path on either side to go behind the castle that is exactly behind the Gold District VII NPC. You’ll find the Gold District VIII NPC standing in a garden-like area.
Interact with him to fight the Level 250 Shiny Battle Maniac Secret Boss.

Secret Boss #4 - 23rd Magic Emperor on Magic Kingdom
One of the easiest Secret Bosses in Anime Story 2 is the 23rd Magic Emperor on Magic Kingdom (World 10). When you spawn at Magic Kingdom, go towards the Magic Kingdom Boss (Magic Kingdom VII) and then take a left to find the Magic Kingdom VIII NPC standing behind a house.
Interact with him to fight a Level 250 Shiny 23rd Magic Emperor Secret Boss.
