Here’s how to defeat every monster that spawns in Roblox Animal Hospital:
- Bed Monster: Give Maple Syrup or an Organ to make him go away. Can not be defeated.
- Purple Monster (Room 8): Complete the surgery within the time limit.
- Mass of Eyes (Don’t Look Up): Avoid looking at the monster.
- Stalker: Avoid making contact or looking at it directly.
- Hiders: Use a Taser or a Fire Extinguisher.
- Skinwalker: Use a Taser. If the fight starts, keep spamming E to fend it off and then use the Taser or Gun.
- Camera Monster: Click on Exit as soon as you see this monster on the screen.
In Roblox Animal Hospital, different monsters spawn inside the various rooms and hallways of the hospital. If you encounter these monsters, you need to defeat them as quickly as possible, or they’ll deplete your Sanity and end your run within a few seconds. How to Defeat the Bed Monster in Animal Hospital
The Bed Monster can not be defeated in Roblox Animal Hospital. That means this monster will keep appearing on random shifts, and you will have to deal with it. The only way to make sure the Bed Monster does not hurt you or one of your patients is to give it Maple Syrup or an Organ from the surgery room.
Equip the Maple Syrup or the Organ and walk into the red zone in front of the Bed Monster. It will automatically take the offering and go away.
Making an offering also works if the Bed Monster is dragging a patient. Alternatively, you can also try to fight the Bed Monster to set yourself or the patient free, but that will cost you plenty of Sanity.
How to Defeat the Purple Monster in Animal Hospital
The Purple Monster, also called Tendril, is the monster that only appears in Room 8 (surgery room), and it can be defeated by completing the patient’s surgery before the timer runs out.
This monster can not spawn in any other location, and it doesn’t attack the players. And, if you don’t complete the surgery within the time limit, this monster will kill the patient.
Another important thing to keep in mind while dealing with this monster- do not attack it with a Gun or a Taser. If you attack the monster, you’ll end up killing your patient.
How to Defeat the Mass of Eyes in Animal Hospital
The Mass of Eyes is the monster that can appear in different patient rooms and the reception office. This monster is attached to the ceiling of the room. If you see a ‘Don’t Look Up’ message flash on your screen upon walking into a room, that means the Mass of Eyes is present in that room. This is another Animal Hospital monster that can not be defeated.
When you encounter the Mass of Eyes, the best strategy is to keep your head down and avoid looking at the ceiling. If you look directly at this monster, you’ll lose up to 10 Sanity per second.
How to Defeat the Stalker in Animal Hospital
The Stalker hides around the corners of the rooms and hallways of the hospital and likes to follow the players. It does not actively attack anyone. However, if you look at it directly, it will take 10 Sanity and then run away.
There’s no way to defeat the Stalker in Animal Hospital right now. The only thing you can do is avoid looking at it directly when you encounter it. Play with your sound on so you can hear its movement, and keep your head down when going through the corners to avoid making direct contact.
How to Defeat the Hiders in Animal Hospital
Hiders are camouflaged entities in Animal Hospital that can get aggressive if you get too close to them. They hide themselves well, but you can still notice their eyes and smile. If and when they aggro you, you can get rid of them by running away. In case they catch up to you, you can use a Gun or a Taser to defeat them.
Hiders can spawn inside patient rooms as well as the hallways of the hospital. Also, there are multiple Hiders in the hospital. So, even if you defeat one of them, you still need to be ready to face more of them.
Fun Fact: If the Hiders step into the Bed Monster's red zone while chasing you, the Bed Monster will drag them under the bed and go away without hurting you or a patient.
How to Defeat the Skinwalker in Animal Hospital
If a Skinwalker anomaly manages to enter the hospital as a patient or a visitor, it will become a Skinwalker monster. These usually attack players after the treatment or when a player walks into a room where these Skinwalkers go as a visitor.
There are two ways to defeat Skinwalkers in Animal Hospital:
- If they are a patient, you can give them the wrong medicine. This will kill the Skinwalker but will not count as a patient death.
- When they attack you, fight them off and instantly shoot them with a Gun or a Taser.

How to Defeat the Camera Monster in Animal Hospital
To defeat the Camera Monster, you need to click on the Exit button as quickly as possible or switch to a different camera. The Camera Monster has a higher chance of appearing on the broken cameras. So, whenever you see a broken camera, make sure you fix it as soon as possible.
The Camera Monster appears while you’re watching the security camera screen in the reception office. This monster has a pitch-black body with red eyes. When they appear on the screen, the camera automatically starts zooming in towards them and they jump scare you and make you lose 20 Sanity.
