How to reach The Outer Deep in Fisch
The Outer Deep is located on the right side of the Main The Deep marker. Just go out of the temple and start swimming towards the right side to find this small pocket of land. If you are still confused, open your GPS and go straight to (558,-2388,-12929) to reach the land.
How to fish inside The Outer Deep
You would need a Harpoon Gun to fish mostly inside the Outer Deep. If you don't have one, I suggest purchasing the Steady Harpoon Gun from the docks of Roslit Bay for C$ 9000.
