To complete the Archive Subfloor in Doors, make sure you are gathering lots of gold to help you skip sections. Once you're done with a section, you will be able to heal up some at the water cooler right before you get to an elevator.
The Archives are a special Subfloor in Doors that contain quite a few doors you have to get through, a total of 1300! If that number pained you as it originally did me, don't worry since there are ways to skip entire sections, which I will talk about in our Doors Archive walkthrough.
How to Complete the Archive Subfloor in Doors

The Archives Subfloor, despite being just that, a Subfloor, will actually have a lot of doors to go through. The Archives are separated into Sections and each section has a total of 50 doors to get through. That's 1300 Doors to get through, so if you want some help when it comes to dealing with new entities and handling new items, then make sure to read our Archive Subfloor Walkthrough.
The first section you will go through is Section A. It is pretty tame, and here you might encounter Drones, as well as Bash. Other entities aren't common as it is just the starting section. After you reach door 50 you will be in a sort of safe area. Here you can bring up your health, get some more coins, and use the elevator to get to the next section.
The most important thing to remember is that you don't have to go through each individual section. So long as you get enough money on one section, you can skip it. The first section skip costs 100 gold, with the price increasing incrementally. You'll also notice that sections will have different descriptions about them. For example Ventilation Error, which means a lot of rooms will go dark.

After Section C, every other Section will spawn an Exit Door at the end. This way, you can quit the Archives at any point, and go back to the Hotel.
Important: The best section you can go to in the Doors Archive update is the Pizza Party one. If you see one available to you, go for it, since you can stock up on Pizzas here for future sections. There will be lots of Drones here, but they aren't as dangerous and can be easily avoided. The Pizza is definitely worth it!
How to Heal in the Doors Archives

There are multiple ways you can heal on the Archive Floor in the Doors, the first being bandages. These you regularly find in drawers and even on the floor. Their healing boost is pretty small but it makes all the difference when you need to survive a punch to the face from a Drone that just spawned in front of you.
Pizza is another healing item you will find lying around on the floors of the rooms. You can carry as many of them as you want, so long as you have the inventory space, which is max 6. Even if you are at full health, have on one you since you can get to no health in no time with the entities roaming around Doors.
Finally, another slow but very useful healing option are the Water Coolers. You have to be very careful how you drink the water, though, since it can actually harm you. First pick up the water cup from the side. In order to drink water, you have to pour into the cup twice. The problem is that a lot of the combinations will harm you. To regain health, you have to pour water from the red tap on the far left, and the blue tap on the far right.

Keep in mind that the water cup actually goes into an extra slot in your game inventory. If you mess it up, you won't be able to drop it and get another one. Instead, you will have to drink it, take the damage, and then re-heal.
How to Deal with All Doors Archive Entities
The Archive floor of Doors has lots of unique entities roaming through its 1300 rooms, so it might be difficult to track how to defeat each one. Let's break it down quickly.
![]() Drones | - Drones appear randomly in rooms throughout all levels of Archives, - They will despawn and respawn randomly in a room, meaning you can run into them so be careful when walking. - Multiple Drones can hit you at once, taking off a big chunk of your health. - At 9 and 5 on the Clock, all Drones will start rushing in a stampede. If you are in their path, you will get damaged as well as lose your items. They are usually somewhere on the floor. - To avoid the stampede, either step into a different room not on the path, go inside a closet, or go behind a cubicle further from the door path. |
![]() Bash | - Bash is an Entity rushing throughout the rooms, similar to, well, Rush which appears in other floors Doors. - If you are in its path, you will start getting damaged by fire, so it's good to know that it's not an instant down. - Avoid it by staying off the main path either on an upper floor, in a different room, or in a closet. - You can hear it coming as a loud crackling whoosh. |
![]() Fih | - Harmless entities stuck in fish tanks. - You can find fish food and feed it to them to get the "Fih are Friends" Reward. Once you get it, the fish food item is pretty useless. You don't have to pick it up anymore. |
![]() Currents | - Do not step into the puddles of water on the floor! They can be charged with electricity. - If you hear crackling and see sparks above puddles, they will harm you. If everything is quiet, then there is no electricity and you can cross them. - Just be quick, since electricity comes back on pretty quickly. |
![]() Scribbles | - An entity that covers up your screen and starts damaging you. - You must get into a closet ASAP, since it can't find you if you are hiding. |
![]() Teller | - If you see a long queue line, then the Teller is here and blocking the door. - Pick up the ticket from the Teller and she will move away letting you pass, but that's not all. - The number of the ticket indicates how many doors you can pass through before you have to give it to her. So if the number says 4, then after four doors, you have to give her the ticket quickly, or she will attack you. - One thing to note is that if you get too close to the door and open it, she will keep moving. Bash will also open doors as it goes through rooms, |
![]() Alma | - A crying entity found in the middle of the room in later sections of the Archives Subfloor. - All you have to do is avoid looking at her, and you won't trigger her. - If you do trigger her, you will have to play a mini game. However, it seems that there is some issue with it, as anything you do, you will end up dying. The best option for now is to avoid trigger the minigame entirely. |
![]() Ransom | - An entity that can't damage you physically, but it can damage you inventory-wise. Ransom will pop up on your screen, basically hacking it and your inventory. - To get it to go away without losing your items, you need to give it the money it wants. You do this by opening drawers, closets, and picking up gold from the floor. The pot of gold is also extra useful since it can get rid of Ransom quicker. |
![]() Forget-Me-Nots | - At some point in your run, you'll encounter a subway section. This will trigger a mini game in the same style as Exit 8. - First, to be able to pass the vines, you need to locate all flowers and stare at them until they disappear. When they do, stand back and memorize what the room looked like. - In the next room, if it looks the same as the previous room, then go ahead. If it looks different, then go back. For example, the colors could be different, the sign for the wet floor could be gone, etc. The point of reference is the first room. |
