Players can scavenge for supplies by heading out into the world and exploring locations in the game. In these various locations, you can find the resources you need for crafting by searching containers and looting them. You can also find certain items, such as ammo on dead zombies.
Along with looting zombies, there are also plants you can find growing that can be harvested to make certain medical items. That said, we recommend scavenging for a while to gather up supplies.
When you get enough supplies, you can craft weapons, medical supplies, and even more. Certain items will need to be crafted in certain crafting spots. For example, if you want to craft herbal medicine, you will need to find a fuel barrel.
You can also find these crafting spots by holding down the focus mode key and following the icon to whatever location the crafting spot is in.
