How to get the Frosted Wreath in Runescape

On Dec. 25, 2021, Runescape launched Santa's Grotto as a Treasure Hunter promotion. Players can earn the Frosted Wreath during the event that lasts until Dec. 31, 2021.

Santa's Grotto offers the Frosted Wreath as one of the rewards players can earn by filling the meter at the top. Treasure Hunter keys open presents and fills the meter by 1, going all the way up to 12.

All rewards are:

  • 250 Christmas Wrapping paper
  • Frosted Wreath (worn on head)
  • 8 Treasure keys
  • Gift wrap scythe (melee weapon)
  • Green Santa hat (worn on head)

When the Festive Bonus bar at the top of the interface is filled with 12 keys, players are presented with three bonus rewards, listed above. All players start with the meter at 11 of 12 for all players, so after opening only one present, players are eligible for the first bonus.

When playing Santa's Grotto, players are given the option of choosing between two sets of presents. Both rarity and multiplier are indicated by the color (white, yellow, orange, red, or purple) and number (one, two, or three) in each set.

Each key used rewards 40 pieces of Christmas wrapping paper during the promotion.
