GhostWire: Tokyo is one of 2022's more inventive releases, focusing on a paranormal investigation of Tokyo where players use supernatural abilities to fight off spirits and occultists that plague a once vibrant city. Because the title is from Bethesda, players may be confused to hear it's currently only scheduled for PS5. Will the title come to Xbox in the future?
As part of a deal with Bethesda before Microsoft purchased the company, Sony retains the exclusive console rights to this release for one year. Once that timed-exclusive deal expires, players can expect to see this title on Xbox consoles. GhostWire: Tokyo will launch on Xbox at some point in 2023.

GhostWire: Tokyo, like the last Bethesda release, Deathloop, will also be offered on Xbox Game Pass when it launches on Xbox, meaning subscribers can play this supernatural thriller at no additional cost if they're members of the Game Pass Ultimate program. Due to recent company acquisitions, these titles are part of a growing lineup of games coming to Xbox's premier service.
GhostWire: Tokyo releases for PS5 and PC on Mar. 25, 2022
