How to defeat the Beastman of Farum Azula

Beastman can be made considerably more easy if you use ranged attacks or multipayer. However, he is easy enough to defeat if you have enough patience. His attack style is combos, the most common being his horizontal sweeping attack, and his long-range thrust and spin.

Melee Players

The melee strategy for this fight is to bait his attacks until he's completed a full combo before hitting a couple of times and backing away. This can be difficult because he's very aggressive, and his weapon will drain stamina when blocking.

For this reason, you need to get close enough to trigger an attack combo, but then back away far enough away he can't hit you. He can also extend combos, so you have to watch out for that. When in doubt stay as far from him as you can.

Ranged Players

This fight is considerably easier with magic or ranged, you need to bait his attacks like before, but when finished, you don't need to run into the attack. You simply need to cast whatever spell you are using and then back away again or use your bow. Just keep your distance when he begins attacking, only Blocking if necessary and dodging most of his attacks.
