How to get the red gem in Tunic

To get the red gem in Tunic, you must travel to the Eastern Vault and defeat the Siege Engine. This boss waits for you at the end of the area and through the gold doors in the Vault. The Siege Engine can be challenging if you aren't prepared, but you can get a mysterious rod from it once you defeat it.

Take this rod to the platform just before the battle with the Siege Engine. Insert it into the hole, and a pillar containing the red gem appears. Once it opens, grab the red gem and leave the Eastern Vault.

You can access the Fortress of the Eastern Vault from the overworld. This entrance is on the far side of the map, north of the entrance to the East Forest. You will need to activate the block there and make your way through the underground. This will eventually put you in the Eastern Vault.

How to get the green gem in Tunic

You can find the green gem in the Grand Library in the hands of the Librarian. You must first travel through the Frog Domain and get the Magic Orb. While there, you will learn that the green gem was stolen before you arrived.

The Librarian is the one who stole the gem. This boss is located at the top of the Grand Library, so make your way through the level and to the top. Once there, you can battle the Librarian, defeat it, and retrieve the green gem.

You can access the Grand Library from Ruined Atoll. You need to activate all four blocks in the corners of the area. This will activate the center statue. Hold A in front of this statue to pray. This causes the statue to rise, and you will need to stand under it. A beam of light will then transport you to the Grand Library.

How to get the blue gem in Tunic

The gem is found in the Quarry and is held by the Boss Scavenger. This tough opponent can be found at the bottom of the Quarry through the Lower Miasma. You need to enter the large doors that you opened by activating the blocks on the path to the Quarry. This takes you to the Ziggurat.

Follow the path and defeat the enemies on the way. Eventually, you will reach the final platform where the Boss Scavenger awaits. Defeat this foe, and you can claim the blue gem it is guarding. With all the gems in hand, return to the Sealed Temple and place them in the sockets in the center chamber.

The Quarry can be accessed from a secret path in the Mountain or by circling around the gate to the Forbidden Pass. We recommend taking the Forbidden Pass to enter the Quarry. Once there, progress to the Monastery to get the mask and then enter the Lower Miasma to make your way to the Ziggurat.
