The Seven Outposts played a significant part in the last season, with their loot vaults and involvement in the season quests. They can still be found around the map this season, but there have been a few changes. The vaults are no longer accessible, but these outposts still hold bounty boards and some important NPCs.
Some other outposts are appearing around the map alongside these Seven Outposts. However, they seem to be more IO involved. They may play a part in the season quests in the near future. The Seven Outposts are located in mostly the same spaces from last season, but there is one major difference.
Seven Outposts
- Seven Outpost I: located Southwest of Greasy Grove toward the edge of the map.
- Seven Outpost II: located on the mountain looming over Logjam Lumberyard to the Northwest.
- Seven Outpost III: located to the edge of the map in the Northeast direction from the Daily Bugle.
- Seven Outpost IV: located directly to the South of Chonker's Speedway across the stream.
- Seven Outpost V: located across the stream to the West of Command Cavern.
- Seven Outpost VI: previously located Northeast of Titled Towers and South of Loot Lake, but was removed from the game and replaced with the Dispatch Depot. This might be an intentional change for the season story, and it might reappear later in a different spot. For now, the sixth outpost is entirely missing.
- Seven Outpost VII: is located South of Launchpad island and Southeast of the Mighty Monument island.
