Best Sniper Support Weapons in Call of Duty: Warzone Season 2

The most dominant sniper companion ARs and SMGs.

Sniper Rifles are some of the most used secondary weapons in Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific. What makes them lethal is their one-shot kill potential and the primary they are paired with. In this guide, we've showcased the best Sniper support weapon loadouts to use in Caldera and Rebirth Island.

Here, you'll find the most potent Submachine Guns and Assault Rifles to use with a Sniper. While SMGs are predominantly known for their mobility, ARs have great effectiveness over range. Feel free to choose depending on your playstyle.

Best Vanguard Sniper Support in Warzone

  • Owen Gun (SMG): Despite having a slow fire rate, the Owen Gun is the hardest-hitting SMG in the game. The only downside is the unfavorable ironsight that can be fixed by using the Slate 2.5x variable zoom optic.
  • Welgun (SMG): With the Shrouded barrel, this gun receives a significant boost to its range and an almost non-existent recoil.
  • Type 100 (SMG): Use similar attachments as the last two SMG builds. You can improve the time-to-kill (TTK) even further by using the rapid-fire-rate barrel. However, it'll make the gun unstable and difficult to control.
  • Cooper Carbine (AR): The perfect Sniper support Assault Rifle that comes with a fast fire rate and decent mobility.

Honorable Mentions: AS44, Automaton, Armaguerra 43, MP40

Best Black Ops Cold War Sniper Support in Warzone

  • LAPA (SMG): One of the most powerful SMGs in Warzone Pacific. The Ranger barrel helps with effective range, but you can switch to the Compact barrel for better TTK.
  • AK-47 (AR): An easy-to-control weapon with unbeatable range and damage capabilities. Attach an optic by replacing the rear grip if you need better visibility.
  • Milano 821 (SMG): The only SMG in the game that can compete with ARs in range combat.
  • XM4 (AR): Another great AR to pair with a Sniper other than the AK-47. It comes with a faster fire rate but lower damage output.

Honorable Mentions: FFAR 1, Vargo 52, MAC-10, AK-74u, OTs 9, Bullfrog, Diamatti, AMP63

Best Modern Warfare Sniper Support in Warzone

  • MP7 (SMG): A highly customizable SMG that can be tailored for use in close and medium range. It's also one of the best guns to use as a hipfire weapon.
  • AS VAL (AR): While the TTK of the AS VAL is unmatched, it's not a popular choice because of its low ammo capacity. Nonetheless, it's hands down the best Sniper support gun to use in solos and duos games.
  • AUG (SMG): With the NATO magazine, the AUG hits like no other Modern Warfare SMG. However, the bulky ammunition makes the gun slow.

Honorable Mentions: Kilo 141, M4A1, RAM-7, FN Scar 17, Grau 5.56, CX-9, Fennec.
