There are three Executioner locations across the Throne World in Destiny 2, but an Executioner will only show up at one each day. Defeating Executioners is the best way to go about completing several of the Witch Queen expansion's objectives and collections. Savathun's Executioners tend to change location every two days, so make sure to check at all three locals.

All three Executioner Spawns
To know whether or not an Executioner is in the area, players will need to look out for a Scorn corpse. If found, players simply need to investigate it and follow the green path to the Executioner. Players don't have to start the trail at the beginning, but they will gain more from it as there will be several small parties to fight along the way. In order to make it all the way to the Executioner, players will also need to investigate other items at the end of each part of the trail.
The Alluring Curtain
At the far northwestern end of the Quagmire, players can find the corpse inside the mouth of the nearby cave on the right-hand side. Simply follow the trail, investigate the debris to stay on the trail, and follow it deep into the Alluring Curtain. This will bring players to the Executioner fight.
Queen's Bailey
Next, to find the Executioner in Queen's Bailey, players will need to head to the mid-northern area of the Florescent Canal. When driving through the middle up from the Quagmire, players will need to use the flower in the water past the fountain to reveal the corpse with the Deep Sight. This will lead players into the nearby Queen's Bailey where they can investigate additional debris to continue the path to the Executioner.
Witch's Echo
Players can find the last of the Executioner locations in the Witch's Echo. In order to find this place, players will need to head to the southwestern edge of the Miasma. Entering in from the Quagmire the Deep Sight should be easy to spot as it is just off of the road to the right in the swamp. Follow the same method as the other two to reach the last of the Executioners.
