How to get the Secret Sledge Pickaxe in Fortnite

The Origin is taking the fight to the Imagined Order. And you need to help him do so through a covert operation. This operation will have four challenges with two stages each. You need to complete both the stages within a stipulated amount of time in order to make it to the next challenge. If you manage to complete all the challenges within the set amount of time, you will be rewarded with the Secret Sledge Pickaxe in Fortnite.

Based on the information posted by popular Fortnite data miner iFireMonkey, the first challenge will go live on April 22, 9am ET. We'll add the challenges to this list once they've gone live.

• Challenge 1: Begins on April 22, 9 AM ET and ends on April 26, 8:59 AM ET.
  • Stage 1: Establish a Device Uplink at Logjam Lumberyard, Sleepy Sound, Tilted Towers, Sanctuary, Greasy Grove, and Condo Canyon.
  • Stage 2: Eliminate Players in Zero Build (0/10).
• Challenge 2: Begins on April 26, 9 AM ET and ends on April 28, 8:59 AM ET.
  • Stage 1: Establish a Device Uplink at IO Outposts.
  • Stage 2: Collect compromised Intel from IO Outposts.
• Challenge 3: Begins on April 28, 9 AM ET and ends on April 30, 8:59 AM ET.
  • Stage 1: Establish a Device Uplink at Tilted Towers, Daily Bugle, Rocky Reels, Condo Canyon, Coney Crossroads.
  • Stage 2: Destroy Structures with a Tank in Zero Build (0/300).
• Challenge 4: Begins on April 30, 9 AM ET and ends on May 2, 8:59 AM ET.
  • Stage 1: Establish a Device Uplink at Tilted Towers, Rocky Reels, Command Cavern and The Fortress.
  • Stage 2: Plant timed explosives at an IO Airship, Command Cavern, or The Fortress in Zero Build (0/1)

For now, this seems to be the only way you can unlock the Secret Sledge Pickaxe in Fortnite. Since this is tied to the storyline, it's unlikely that you will still be able to earn it in the following seasons, but if it does appear again, the requirements to unlock it might change.
