How to disable auto-battle in Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds

When you first get into battle, you may notice your character attacking and using skills on their own. This is because auto-battle is turned on by default. To turn off auto-combat, simply press the twin-locked swords at the bottom of the screen to the right of your familiar bar. This will end auto-combat, and you can control your character's actions.

Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds features a vast and enchanting world that is a thrill to explore. But with auto-run turned on, your character moves about the world as they please. This is easy to turn off—simply locate the ! with the two half circles underneath your quest bar. Press this to turn off auto-run and explore the world freely.

How to turn off auto quests in Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds

Auto quests have the same On and Off toggle that auto-run has. Simply press the same ! button as before, and your character will stop running toward your quest marker. If you need to turn it on again, just press the button once more.
