The Random Circumstances of a Rose's Blooming is a Genshin Impact hidden Achievement that can be obtained by helping Collei take care of her Sumeru Rose. You can unlock the Hidden Exploration Objective after completing the following prerequisites:

• Archon Quest Chapter III: Act I - Through Mists of Smoke and Forests Dark
• Archon Quest Chapter III: Act II - The Morn a Thousand Roses Bring 

How to get The Random Circumstances of a Rose's Blooming Sumeru hidden Achievement in Genshin Impact

After meeting the prerequisites, head to Collei's house in Gandharva Ville. You can easily spot it by gliding from the nearby Statue of The Seven, pictured above. Collei isn't home, but you can freely go inside.

Once inside, head to Collei's desk and read the note containing instructions on how to take care of a Sumeru Rose. Since Collei couldn't move her flower out to get some sunshine, you need to help her move it.

Interact with the flower to move it, then go outside the home and interact with the glowing spot to place the flower on the front porch. When you're done, head back inside and wait for Paimon to finish talking. You'll essentially be writing a letter to Collei so that she doesn't think anyone broke into her home.

After that, wait one real-life day or until the server resets and head back to Collei's home. Read the note on her desk to complete the Hidden Exploration Objective and unlock the Wonders of the World Achievement called The Random Circumstances of a Rose's Blooming.
