Best way to farm Halo in Bayonetta 3

Where the heck are my Angels? I need money!

Halo, or Halo Rings, are a currency in the Bayonetta games that was fairly easy to come by until Bayonetta 3. Because of the rarity of Angel-type enemies in Bayonetta 3, the currency is much harder to come by compared to the first two games. However, with the knowledge of how and where to farm Halo Rings, Bayonetta 3 players can also rack up this currency and unlock more outfits for everyone's favorite Umbra Witch.

The best ways to farm Halo Rings in Bayonetta 3

There are two great ways to farm Halo Rings in the game. One of these ways is to play Chapter 3 Verse 1 over and over because it exclusively houses Angel-type enemies. The other way is to play Jeanne's mini-game which can also reward Halo Rings. Each of these ways is effective, but you can only unlock Jeanne's mini-game later in the game.

Chapter 3 Verse 1 in Bayonetta 3

This is the best location in the game for farming Halo Rings, but reaching it is the first challenge. Head to Chapter 3, and at the very beginning of the level, there should be a lower building to your right that you can jump to. Head there and look around until you find a Golem Cube. Defeat it to reveal platforms that you can jump on. Follow these to a decrepit subway tunnel. Within, there should be a glowing light pouring out from the floor. Enter it to access Verse 1 and fight the Angel-type enemies within. Once you have completed the Verse, you can simply go back to Chapter Select and replay it as much as you need to.

Jeanne's mini-game

Another way for farming Halo Rings is Jeanne's mini-game, but you can only unlock this once you beat Side Chapter 4. In turn, you can only unlock Side Chapter 4 after completing Chapter 12, which is quite late into the game. Once complete, the mini-game will appear in Rodin's Shop. The mini-game will offer three arcade play stages that will reward Halo Rings. The higher the difficulty you choose, the more Halo Rings will be rewarded. However, you must complete the stage to be rewarded, otherwise, you will receive nothing.
