According to the Pokedex, Igglybuff is mostly found in the South Province (Area Two). It is a bit of a rarer find, but frequently found near towns and cities. It can also be blown away in windy conditions. We were lucky and found several Igglybuffs and Jigglypuffs grouped together and standing just in front of the Cortondo (East) Pokémon Center. You can easily use Fly to fast travel there.

Tips for catching Igglybuff in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

Since Igglybuff is a rarer Pokémon, you should be prepared to catch it as soon as you see it. Lead with a Pokémon that has access to moves like Stun Spore or Hypnosis. You can use them to inflict status ailments and increase your odds of catching Igglybuff. Be cautious and use low-powered attacks to weaken it, so you don't accidentally knock it out and miss your chance.
