How to get Oricorio in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

You can get all four!

Oricorio is a Fire/Flying type Pokémon first introduced in Sun & Moon. It has four forms native to one of the four regions in Alola, but Paldea’s ecosystem is equally diverse enough to attract at least one type of Oricorios to the region. Here’s where you can catch Oricorio in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet.

Oricorio hangs around in the South Province area. There are two Oricorio forms that you can get here: Baile style Oricorio and Pom-Pom style Oricorio.

The fastest way to bump into Baile style Oricorio is to fly to Artazon (West) and run towards the mountainous regions in Area Three. You should find a couple dancing around.

The Los Platos area has tons of flowers, which is where Pom-Pom style Oricorios like to hang out. The area is highlighted in the map above. The fastest way to encounter one is to fly to Mesagoza (South) and follow the road to Los Platos.

Of course, this doesn’t mean to say that you’ll never have access to the two other Oricorio forms in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. Delibird Presents in the game sells Nectar, which can change Oricorio’s form when given. Nectar will only be available in the shop after three gym badges.

  • Baile style Oricorio: Red Nectar
  • Pom-Pom style Oricorio: Yellow Nectar
  • Pa’u style Oricorio: Pink Nectar
  • Sensu style Oricorio: Sensu Nectar
