How to evolve Eevee into Glaceon in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

Complete your Eeveelution collection.

While playing through the tropical landscape of Paldea in the newest Pokémon game, you might realize that ice-type Pokémon aren't necessarily abundant. That doesn't make them impossible to find, just a little bit tricky if you don't know where to get one. One of the most beloved ice-type Pokémon is the famous Eeveelution, Glaceon. Unfortunately, this isn't a Pokémon that you can easily obtain simply by catching it or by leveling up Eevee up to a certain point. This begs the question, how exactly do you add a Glaceon to your party?

How to get Glaceon in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

Glaceon evolves from Eevee after introducing one to an Ice Stone. An Ice Stone is an evolutionary stone that can help ice-type Pokémon evolve without having to level them up or learn a particular move. Unfortunately, Ice Stones aren't as easy to obtain as Leaf Stones or Dawn Stones. These particular stones require you to search the Glaseado Mountain region for shining objects on the ground. The locations are always random but you do have multiple chances of finding one for yourself.

Once you acquire an Ice Stone, simply go into your Bag, select the Other Items pocket, and apply the stone to your Eevee. Then, an evolutionary cutscene will unfold and Glaceon will be added to both your party and your Pokédex.
