Haunter does not require an item to evolve into Gengar in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet, so you can simply trade it. Scyther will require the Metal Coat held item, and Slowpoke will require the King's Rock held item. You can find Metal Coat at the Delibird Presents store in Levincia, while the King's Rock is found in the Delibird Presents store in Mesagoza after defeating four gyms.

If you do not have a friend with Pokémon Scarlet and Violet to trade with, there is a subreddit called PokémonTrades. This is typically a safe place to trade Pokémon, but make sure you read the rules, guidelines, and suggestions before initiating a trade. Ensure that any communication is done in the subreddit and not through DM, but be aware you are trading with strangers at your own risk.
