Iron Moth spawns in the Great Crater of Paldea and is exclusive to Pokémon Violet. The new Paradox Volcarona form can only be encountered in Area Zero, which is accessible after you have completed the Victory Road, Starfall Street, and Path of Legends campaigns. So you will need to unlock Pokémon Scarlet and Violet's final campaign before catching the future Volcarona variant. Once you have gained access to the Zero Gate, you can find Iron Moth in the below location.

The quickest way to find Paradox Volcarona is to use the Zero Gate fast travel point below Medali City. Iron Moth's spawn location is directly next to Research Station No. 1, which you can warp to using the gate's green portal. Once you've exited the research station, follow the hillside path that wraps behind the building. The Paradox Pokémon will appear on top of the grassy cliff area that sits above the science lab. Iron Moth is a common spawn, so you will see a group roaming around the grassy terrain. You can also re-enter the area repeatedly to force it to spawn should it not show up right away. Because it's exclusive, Pokémon Scarlet users will need to trade with a Pokémon Violet player to obtain the future Volcarona form.
