Wheat and Sugar Cane are both ingredients obtained by gardening. You can sometimes purchase them from Goofy's Stall at the Peaceful Meadow and Dazzle Beach, respectively. Keep in mind that Goofy's stock rotates daily, and the only thing you a guaranteed to be able to purchase are seeds. Plant them in the Biome you purchase to make the crops grow faster. Also, harvest the plants while hanging out with a Disney friend who boosts gardening to obtain double rewards for each plant you harvest.

Ginger and Vanilla are both items that are foraged. You can find them by interacting with the skinny green plants that generate randomly around the Sunlit Plateau (for Vanilla) and The Forgotten Lands (for Ginger) Biomes. Harvest them while hanging out with a Disney friend who boosts foraging to obtain extra items for each plant picked.
