You craft Trick Balls at various taverns you come across during your adventure. You can select the Craft menu by speaking to the bartender at the tavern. This will give you the option to Cook Food or Craft Trick Balls. You will then have access to Usopp's Factory, which will provide you with all the Trick Ball options you can create.

Each Trick Ball has certain requirements to be crafted, such as specific required materials. These will be listed at the bottom of the screen and will notify you how many you carry, plus the number you need for the recipe.

You can find a description of the item on the right side of the screen. Here you will find all the details on what effects the Trick Ball will have when used in battle. Most of them have a chance to make opponents faint or become paralyzed, as well as add a decreased resistance for them or damage boost to your attacks.

To use your creations in battle, select the Items option from your action selections at the bottom of your battle screen. From here, you can use items like food, healing, and Trick Balls. Switch over to the third tab to find your available Trick Balls. Using one will use up your character's action, but the effects often set up the rest of your team for success and last for several rounds.

You can use these craftable objects to give yourself an advantage during battle. They often can paralyze your opponents, keeping them from attacking, and make them vulnerable to further attacks so you can defeat them more easily. Make sure to pick up all the materials you can while venturing the world so you don't miss out on these epic creations.
