How to get the Hood Ornament in Merge Mansion

Merge Mansion, an addictive mobile game developed by Metacore Games Oy, will have you matching and sorting items, like Planted Flowers and Paint Cans, all to revive the home of your dear, elderly relations. Some items in the game can be difficult to track down, as you won't know exactly what item set you'll need to keep combining to create it. Merge Mansion—Car Hood Ornament Guide

The Car Hood Ornament is the level eleven item of the item chain that drops from the Makeup Tools Item set. To obtain Makeup Tools, you'll need to complete Lindsay's New York Story event, which unlocks once you've obtained the Car Hood Ornament task near the end of cleaning out the garage.

Lindsay's New York Story event can only be started after completing the Ignatius Boulton event. You'll need to start the event from the Calendar menu in the upper left hand corner of the map screen. The event lasts for three days. After it is finished, you can claim the Makeup Tools that you've earned and start Lindsay's New York Story again. You'll need to play through the event at least twice to obtain the highest level Makeup Tool item, the Large Cosmetic Brush.
