Best Heat/Cold Resistance Dishes in TotK (Zelda Tears of the Kingdom)

As you roam around Hyrule in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you'll need to keep dishes on hand that provide Link with heat and cold resistance to avoid taking damage from the extreme weather in certain regions. Best Spicy Heat Resistance dishes to cook in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

Before heading to a hot area like the Gerudo region or the Fire Temple, you'll want to make some Heat Resistance dishes to ensure Link doesn't die by literally burning up. Don't be like me and think "I have enough hearts, I'll be fine!" when going into an extremely hot location because—spoiler alert—you won't be. You'll burn quicker than a match.
