Where to farm Stamella Shrooms in Zelda TotK (Tears of the Kingdom)

Gotta keep that Stamina Wheel high!

Stamella Shrooms are quite the valuable commodity in the earlier parts of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. When Link only has one Stamina wheel, he can't get very far. That means players will have to know where to get Stamella Shrooms, so that they can cook meals that will replenish Link's Stamina. Here's the best place to look.

Best Stamella Shroom Farming Locations in Zelda TotK (Tears of the Kingdom)

One big change with Tears of the Kingdom when compared to Breath of the Wild is that there is much less around to farm. Long gone are the days where players can jump into a single forest and come away with 5+ Hylian Shrooms, Stamella Shrooms, and other great items. Therefore, when exploring these areas, don't expect more than four or five Stamella Shrooms to show up. It's smart to keep a good stack of them so that way players can cook Mushroom Skewers that replenish their Stamina.

Fort Hateno

Fort Hateno has a huge Moblin camp at the gate, but if Link can sneak around it, he will find a forest with a good number of Stamella Shrooms. Fort Hateno is located behind the Dueling Peaks Stable in Necluda. Once players jump over the gate, the enemy density is really low as well. Players will want to head for coordinates 2387, -1835, 0012 to find lots of Stamella Shrooms.

Great Sky Island

For the most part, players will find Skyshrooms in the Great Sky Island. On occasion, though, Stamella Shrooms will pop up there. The Stamella Shrooms will mostly likely appear in the South region of the area, closer to the snowy mountains by coordinates 0287, -1329, 1402.

Bulbinga Forest

Also behind Dueling Peaks Stable is Bulbinga Forest at coordinates 2012, -2114, 0042 . This area is home to lots of shrooms in general. Players are guaranteed to find at least a couple Stamella Shrooms here, they will just be thrown in with Ironshrooms and Hylian Shrooms. When farming this area, be careful not to wake up the nearby Hinox!

Satori Mountain

The quickest way to get to Satori Mountain is to warp to Sonapan Shrine. This is good news for players, since right below Sonapan Shrine is a small forest with tons of valuable collectibles at coordinates 2012, -2114, 0042 . When I searched through this area, I mostly came across Hyrule Herbs, but there were a couple Stamella Shrooms to grab there as well.

The Great Plateau

There is a small area within the Great Plateau that will have a couple Stamella Shrooms. That area can be found by gliding over the chasm past the Eastern Abbey, at coordinates -0963, -2343, 0084. There will be a tree stump there with a honey comb and some Stamella Shrooms on the ground.
