First, before you even begin the Unreal trial, you’ll need to have completed the regular version of Containment Bay Z1T9. To do this, complete the quest The Last Pillar to Fall, which is available from Unukalhai in The Rising Stones (X :6.1, Y: 5.3). This is the last in a series of quests that see you take on primals imprisoned by ancient Allag, so make sure you’ve already defeated Sephirot in Containment Bay S1T7 and Sophia in Containment Bay P1T6 before you unlock Zurvan.

Next, make sure you’ve unlocked Unreal Trials. Speak to the Painfully Ishgardian Man at X: 7, Y: 5.9 in Idyllshire. Completing Unreal Trials will allow you to play Faux Hollows with the Faux Commander.

By uncovering illustrations on the Faux Hollows board, you’ll receive Faux Leaves, which can then be exchanged for prizes, like the new Chimpanzee minion, added in Patch 6.4. Faux Leaves, just like most in-game rewards, reset every Tuesday at 1am PT. Enjoy facing this most difficult version of Zurvan!
