Battle Talus Locations (Map) in Zelda TotK (Tears of the Kingdom)

Rocks aren't supposed to be alive.

A Battle Talus is a giant stone monster in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, taken over by Bokoblins and Moblins to cause utter chaos and ward off potential threats. Here's every Battle Talus location in TotK, including maps and exact coordinates.

Battle Talus appear mostly on Hyrule's surface, guarding enemy camps. They're littered throughout almost every region, so finding them won't be difficult.

I've found 15 Battle Talus across Hyrule's surface. Check the map below for locations and exact map coordinates:

All Battle Talus material drops in TotK (Tears of the Kingdom)

Unlike other monsters in TotK like the Stalnox, a Battle Talus won't drop Monster Parts, only materials. The following materials can drop when defeating a Battle Talus in Tears of the Kingdom:

  • Flint
  • Amber
  • Ruby
  • Opal

Defeating Battle Talus' can be a great way to earn Rupees, as you can sell any gemstones they drop at a vendor to make some quick cash. This is one of my main ways I filled my wallet in TotK because of how fast it is.
