Display your favorite outfits!

Changing up my character and designing the perfect outfit have always been one of my favorite parts of Disney Dreamlight Valley, but I was also frustrated at how long it took me to navigate through all the menus and change up every piece of my outfit. Well, thankfully, that frustration doesn't have to be an issue because you can craft Mannequins to display all your favorite outfits and quickly change in and out of them! Here's how to get started customizing your own Mannequins.

There are six total Mannequins you can currently make at a Crafting Table. Three black and three white ones so that you can switch it up depending on your house's color scheme. They are also in several different poses, so you can pick and choose what you want them to look like. Here are all the materials you'll need for them:

Take your ingredients to the nearest Crafting Table, and you'll find the recipes under the Functional Items tab. Once you craft them, they will be available in your Furniture menu to place in your house.

If you don't have enough Fiber, there's a simple solution, which I myself do, go fishing for Seaweed at Dazzle Beach. Every Seaweed caught can turn into five pieces of Fibre. In a few minutes, you'll be up to your eyes in Seaweed, then head to a Crafting Station to turn it into all the Fibre you'll need to craft all six mannequins.

Crafted Mannequins will be available to use through your Furniture menu. They must first be placed into your Valley and can only be placed indoors. You can place it by opening the Furniture menu and finding it under the Utilities tab. Click it and drag it into the spot you'd like it. It will have a default outfit on display, but you can now change it by heading over to it and interacting with A on Xbox and Switch, X on PlayStation, or E on PC.

To dress a Mannequin how you like, you'll need to interact with it once it is placed in your house; (check out the controls to interact above.) Interacting with the Mannequin will give you two choices or one choice if it still has the default outfit on. You can Edit the Mannequin or Wear the outfit on display. To change the outfit on display, you must dress up your character with the clothes you want, interact with the Mannequin, and press Edit. It will automatically place your complete outfit onto the Mannequin. Then you can simply walk up to it whenever you like and press Wear to change into that outfit.

This is a great way to keep your favorite outfit ready so you can quickly change into it whenever you like. Place multiple Mannequins to show off your whole collection!
