Honkai Star Rail Best Luocha Build – Light Cones, Relics, & More!

Luocha is a five-star Imaginary character who follows the Abundance Path. He's a foreign trader who carries around a giant coffin, bringing with him an air of mystery wherever he goes. Luocha is an all-around support unit capable of healing, cleansing, debuffing, and generating Skill Points, making him a great asset for beginners and seasoned players alike.

Best Light Cones for Luocha in Honkai Star Rail

There are plenty of Light Cone options for Luocha, many of which can also be used across other Abundance characters. Consider using any of the following:

• Echoes of the Coffin (best five-star option) - This is the best option for Luocha as it will boost his ATK and help generate Energy. It will also provide a team-wide SPD buff after he casts his Ultimate.
• Post-Op Conversation - A decent option for the Energy Regeneration, but keep in mind that Luocha doesn't benefit from the Outgoing Healing bonus as his Ultimate doesn't heal.
• Perfect Timing - Offers an Effect RES bonus, plus an Outgoing Healing increase based on the user's Effect RES. If you use this, build some Effect RES on Luocha.
• Shared Feeling - A safe pick that boosts Luocha's Outgoing Healing and offers Energy Regeneration for all allies, with no conditional builds required.

Best Free-to-Play Light Cone for Luocha

Being an Abundance character, Luocha doesn't have strict Light Cone requirements. If you're just starting out, consider some of these free-to-play options that can tide you by:

• Multiplication - Great option if you need Luocha to generate Skill Points, as it advances his next action forward every time he uses Basic ATK.
• Cornucopia - An universal pick for Abundance characters, as it boosts their Outgoing Healing.

Additionally, the five-star Light Cone called Time Waits for No One is a great five-star alternative for Luocha. It's not free-to-play friendly per se, but it can obtained for free from the Starlight Exchange after saving for a while.

Best Relic Sets for Luocha in Honkai Star Rail

Luocha has a few possible Relic set options. His best-in-slot would be the Passerby of Wandering Cloud to maximize his overall healing output. However, since he scales off ATK, Musketeer of Wild Wheat is a more universal alternative. You can also combine two pieces from both sets, which I prefer to get the best of both worlds.

  • Two-piece bonus: Increases Outgoing Healing by 10 percent.
  • Four-piece bonus: At the beginning of the battle, immediately recovers one Skill Point.
• Musketeer of Wild Wheat
  • Two-piece bonus: ATK increases by 12 percent.
  • Four-piece bonus: The wearer's SPD increases by 6 percent and Basic ATK DMG increases by 10 percent.
• Two-piece combo
  • Passerby of Wandering Clouds: Increases Outgoing Healing by 10 percent.
  • Musketeer of Wild Wheat: ATK increases by 12 percent.

Which stats should you boost on Luocha?

Luocha is a healer who scales off ATK, which means that his stat requirements are a little different from other Abundance characters. Opt for either Outgoing Healing or ATK on Body and SPD or ATK on Feet. I personally prefer prioritizing an Outgoing Healing and SPD build versus going all-out on ATK.

Best Planar Ornaments for Luocha in Honkai Star Rail

Luocha's ATK-scaling heals mean that you won't be giving him any HP substats, which will make him extremely squishy. As a result, the Fleet of the Ageless is the best Planar Ornament option to help boost his HP, while offering a team-wide buff as well.

• Fleet of the Ageless (best-in-slot) - Increases the wearer's Max HP by 12 percent. When the wearer's SPD reaches 120 or higher, all allies' ATK increases by 8 percent.
• Space Sealing Station - Increases the wearer's ATK by 12 percent. When the wearer's SPD reaches 120 or higher, the wearer's ATK increases by an extra 12 percent.

Luocha's Element and Path in Honkai Star Rail

Luocha is of the Imaginary Element and follows the Path of Abundance, making him a healer first and foremost. But apart from powerful heals, he's also capable of cleansing debuffs from allies and debuffing enemies, and has decent DMG output thanks to his ATK-scaling build.

Best Teammates for Luocha

Being an Abundance character, Luocha can essentially slot into any team. He offers universal healing and utility as a support unit, and can even act as a Skill Point generator in-between rounds. Additionally, since you'll be building Luocha with a decent amount of ATK, he can benefit from ATK buffs from characters like Asta.
