Forrest steps into the role of dispatcher stand-in and tries to help everyone escape the Whistling Man. If I ended up in a situation like this in real life, I would not be keeping my cool as well as he has. However, in this game, you'll have to keep your cool as your choices and puzzle-solving will decide the path you end on. You can reach three different endings in Killer Frequency: 'The End?', 'Not All Talk', and 'Killer Frequently.'

Killer Frequency - The End? Ending

'The End?' ending is the easiest and the most common ending players get. On this path, you lose some people (but not all), and you have to keep Peggy and Forest alive. This is the most realistic ending, too, as there are many opportunities to make the wrong choice throughout the game. I also got this one on my first playthrough.

Killer Frequency - Not All Talk ending

The 'Not All Talk ending' is the most difficult ending because you have to make every single right choice and save everyone, including Forrest and Peggy. This achievement takes a little bit more effort and care from you and makes for a good second playthrough, as you might need some tips on how to save everyone, but want to avoid seeing spoilers.

Killer Frequency - Killer Frequently ending

'Killer Frequently' is the second most difficult ending just because you need to kill everyone, and to do that, you need to know what you have to get wrong.

However, there are many options where you can choose the deathly choice. It's the one time you do that matters. You need to kill all characters including Peggy and Forrest to get this ending.
