Sandbox is separate from the usual story mode and can be accessed via the main menu. In this mode, you will have free reign to build anything and everything you want without having the restrictions of specific tools needed to be unlocked or, more importantly, money. You will get to choose what environment to place the property on and the size of the property, then start placing and building all that you could ever want. All items in the Store will be free, and you'll have everything at your disposal, including some special Sandbox-only items.

Not only will you be able to create your own dream homes, but you'll also be able to piece together your own job scenarios, just like the jobs you accept via emails.

To create a job, you'll need to head to the Property Settings menu, located at the top of the screen when pressing Tab on PC or the Menu button on Console. In this settings menu, change the Property type to Job.

In these settings, you will also be able to customize your job with all the fine details, such as time of day, the environment, the job description, what tools the player will have available to them, and even a personal email or phone call for the initial job request.

How to export jobs and houses as mods in House Flipper 2

Although it's perfectly fine to just keep your houses and jobs to appreciate yourself, you can also share them with friends and other players to try by exporting them as mods.

Once you have finished all your Job settings and details and have a full property built, set up, and a working scenario, you can press the Export as mod button at the bottom right of the Property Settings menu. This will create a compressed folder with your job or house, and you can use that file to upload to Mod.io and share it for others to download.

Sandbox opens up so many possibilities for creativity and gives you a way to interact with the House Flipper 2 community. Although it isn't quite a multiplayer, it is a step in that direction.
