Sometimes, out of curiosity or mischievousness, players will commit one or other criminal activities like attacking a trader or kidnapping a Pal in front of a PIDF official. If you do so, you will immediately become a wanted person, and the PIDF will start attacking you. So, what to do in such scenarios? Well, there are many options. To know each of them, read the entire guide until the end.
How to remove the Wanted Status in Palworld
Once you have the Wanted Status in Palworld, there are only three ways to remove it.
- Death: The best way to remove the Wanted Status is by dying from the chasing PIDF Infantry force. Don't move and let them shoot at you until you meet your death. After respawning, return to your previous body location to retrieve all the loot. Simple and best!
- Escaping the PIDF: The other best way is to dodge the PIDF. Climb on any flying Pal, like Nitewing, and escape the area. Though you can move away from the location, I recommend flying vertically to the highest point of the Skybox and staying for 2 to 3 minutes to remove the Wanted status.
- Killing every PIDF Infantry: The final solution is to kill every PIDF at the assault location. It is hard to execute as higher-level PIDF Infantories keep appearing in the area as you shoot at the officials. Unless you are a big clan with six to seven players at a high level, please stay away from the Pal Cops.

How to get the Wanted Status in Palworld
There are various reasons why you can be charged with assault in Palworld; I have listed some of the most common ones below.
- Kidnapping or attacking any Traders
- Assaulting or taming any Pals in front of PIDF
- Attacking the PIDF directly
Initially, you will only have a one-star rating on the top right of the screen for the assault. But, if you keep repeating the felony, you will have more wanted ratings and a force of PIDF officials chasing you.
