What is the release window for Infinity Nikki?

A specific release date for Infinity Nikki hasn't been announced yet by Infold Games. A beta test for the PlayStation 5 will be available later this year. As such, it's expected that the game will be released in late 2024 or early 2025, though at the moment this is just speculation based on the data. It could be that the game releases later in 2025, or even in 2026 if the beta highlights a number of gameplay issues that need to be resolved.

What platforms will Infinity Nikki be on?

Infinity Nikki will be released on PlayStation 5, PC, Android, and iOS. Interestingly, when the game's debut trailer first dropped back in 2022, it was hinted that it would also be coming to PS4. The trailer's title was 'Infinite Nikki - Debut Trailer | PS5 & PS4 Games.' However, the trailer during the May 2024 State of Play only mentioned the game coming to PS5 in terms of Sony's console platforms. Further, a post from the game's official X (formerly known as Twitter) account last night did not include the PS4 in the platforms the game would be releasing on.

When is the Infinity Nikki beta test?

The Infinity Nikki beta test is scheduled for Q3 2024 on the PlayStation 5. No specific start and end dates have been shared for the beta test yet, but we'll let you know as soon as this information is shared.

What is Infinity Nikki?

Infinity Nikki is a dress-up open-world game developed by Infold Games and Kentaro Tominaga of Breath of the Wild fame. The game is the first in the series to feature a vibrant open world. Players will take on the role of Nikki, who along with her adorable feline friend Momo find themselves in the beautiful realm of Miraland, containing different nations each with their own unique culture, waiting to be explored.

As you navigate this beautiful open world, you'll encounter a variety of different challenges such as puzzles, collecting items, platforming sessions, and taking on boss battles, too. Nikki and Momo will have to work together to overcome these challenges and come out on top. You'll also meet different people each with their own unique story to tell. Moreover, if you intend on just relaxing and enjoying the simple pleasures of life, you can go fishing, catch bugs, and collect wool from sheep as well as snapping some memories with the Momo Camera.

Of course, no Nikki game will be complete without an amazing wardrobe- you'll be able to craft and collect exquisite outfits, each imbued with special abilities that'll give Nikki an edge in exploration and combat. The game definitely has some Zelda-esque charm and it's not to be unexpected with Tominaga at the helm. Overall, Infinity Nikki is looking set to be amazing with the dress-up and open-world elements combining to create a charming and fashionable game.

Is Infinity Nikki a gacha game?

Yes, Infinity Nikki is a gacha game as was the case with previous games in the series. When it comes to what you're rolling for, you guessed it, it's different outfits! This is a fashion-focused game after all, so you'll be rolling to get the best, most stylish clothing for Nikki.
