Track & Field Infinite Controls – PC, Xbox, PS5 and Mobile (Roblox)

Know all the Controls in Track & Field Infinite!

Like most Roblox games, Track & Field Infinite does a poor job of explaining all the controls you'll need to use, leading to some players getting a little confused about how to play the game properly. How to properly sprint in Track & Field Infinite

Sprinting is the most critical activity in the game, and you'll want to learn how to do it properly to reign victorious in pretty much all sports and modes. Many people assume that to sprint correctly, you have to press the two sprint buttons alternatively, one after the other. But that is not true, and you should actually be pressing both buttons in a single motion. For example, if you are on a PC, you should press both Q and E at the same time instead of tapping them alternatively. I guarantee that you will find a vast difference in speed when sprinting this way, allowing you to dominate records and leaderboards.

How to properly move in Track & Field Infinite

  • A player running straight in Track and Field Infintie

Though you can move your character with the directional movements in Track & Field Infinite, there are some points you should keep in mind while moving. Like real life, moving too much in Track & Field Infinite will result in a loss of momentum and, in turn, the speed of your character. So, only move when and where required on the track and always try to run straight. Also, while running, always press the forward direction button; this will keep the character from running to the side and have them moving forward to maximize your efficiency.

To jump higher in Track & Field, you need a lot of momentum and will need to press the jump button 10 to 12m before any bar. For momentum, learn how to sprint faster using the above tips, and for jumping at the right time, I would recommend noting some reference on the ground or stadium. I personally use shiny signboards on hurdles and high jump arenas as a reference for pressing the key.
