To find Rakshasa, head over to the Shadow Keep (1), and from there, travel to Castle Watering Hole (2), Reclues' River Upstream (3), and lastly, the Reclues' River Downstream (4) site of grace (in that order). Then, when you are at this site of grace, head north until you see some glowing graves, where you can go by traveling from the right side.

On the left side of these graves, you will see a platform with golden glowing indicators. Jump down there and then to the platform lower than that with the same golden indicator. Keep using these platforms to jump down until you reach all the way down. Now, follow the river stream to the east to reach the end of the river, and on the left will be Rakshasa.

To get Rakshasa's Great Katana and Armour Set, you have to defeat Rakshasa. When you finally reach his location, call other players, or a summon if playing offline to help you. After that, equip your best weapons that can deal with medium-range attacks with good damage; a good option is the Dragon Hunter Katana. All of Rakshasa's attacks have a short range and a good amount of recovery time, which you have to use to deal lethal blows.

To defeat him, create some distance between you and him and then deal with your best medium-range attack. Sometimes, he might get a hit on you, in which case, get yourself healed fast and then keep repeating the process until you get rid of him. When you do that, you will get Rakshasa's Great Katana and Armour Set.
