Apart from the Snake Oil, the most essential item required to survive in Dead Rails is the Bandages. The item not only allows you to restore a player's health but also helps revive your fallen teammates. So, here is a guide on getting and using Bandages in Dead Rails to further increase your chance of survival.

How to get Bandages in Dead Rails?

The easiest way to get some Bandages is to buy them from the Doctor's Office for $10 or 1 Bond. So, before you hop on your train, visit the Shop and get some Bandages for yourself. Other than that, you can find bandages randomly while scavenging for resources inside any buildings or infrastructures.

How to use Bandages in Dead Rails?

Bandages are the best way to restore your HP if you have just survived a huge zombie massacre or are generally low on health. Simply press the slot key in which the Bandage is kept to equip the Bandage in hand. Then, use the LMB to use it to heal your body.

Apart from using it to heal yourself, you can use the item to revive your teammates for Free. Yes, instead of paying Robux, you can use a bandage on your teammates and revive them for free, allowing you to further progress in the game and set personal records. To do this, equip the Bandage in your, and instead of healing yourself, go near any of your fallen teammates and use the LMB to revive them completely.

Also, if you are out of bandages, one of the doctors( class type) can revive any fallen player by sacrificing half of their HP.
