How to Get Time King in Anime Last Stand
Time King is an Ultimate Rarity unit that can only be acquired from Summoning in a select Banner. Time King only drops from Banner 3 in World 2 of Anime Last Stand. You need to finish every story mission in World 1 as well as the Trials to enter World 2, where you can summon King Julius.
Moreover, since it is an Ultimate-rarity unit, it only has a 0.3% drop chance in the summon banner. It will cost you 50 Jewels per summon, so the approximate cost to get Time King would range from around 10,000-20,000 Jewels. This translates to around 200-300 pulls.
