One of the most noticeable mechanics in Age of Empires IV is the lists of pseudo-achievements called masteries. The Delhi Sultanate Mastery list encourages players to explore all the mechanics of the Delhi Sultanate Civilization, with a special focus on their free research through Scholars and their intimidating War Elephants.
Upon completing each task in the Delhi Sultanate Mastery list, you are rewarded with 1000 experience points. You unlock information about the history of people, places, and things that influenced the course of history for civilization.
