The only way you can catch up to Roland is with a boat, but the only one you have access to is dead. Check out how to charge the boat in Flotsam Vale in Another Crab's Treasure to find the treasure.
How to charge the boat battery in Another Crab's Treasure
As Roland is getting away with the treasure map, the only way to chase him is by boat through all the gunk. However, the only boat doesn't have a working battery. To recharge it, you'll need to find seven fuses scattered throughout the Skuttleport area. We've listed each of their locations below.
First Skuttleport fuse in Another Crab's Treasure
To recharge the battery, you'll have to go through Skuttleport, Roland's Shellfish Corp.'s primary trash scavenging facility. Right at the start, you'll see a plug that's missing a fuse. You need to find it to open the facility's door. Luckily, this first fuse is just to the left of the door.
Second Skuttleport fuse in Another Crab's Treasure
Once you open the door, head through the building and back outside again to activate a Moon Snail Shell teleport. Make your way forward until you reach a second plug. This time, the switch next to it will give you a spring shell instead of a fuse.
Wear the spring shell and stand under the big magnet. Once you are right under it, press the block button, and you will be lifted up. Now, it's easy to jump onto the platform and grab the second fuse. When you plug it in, go back into the magnet beam and let it take you to a new area.
Third Skuttleport fuse in Another Crab's Treasure
The goal is to climb to the top so you can move to the next building. Climb the stairs and go outside, fighting off all the annoying crabs in your way. You'll reach a crack in the wall to go back inside, but be careful; there is a hammer crab with electric powers waiting to kill you as soon as you step foot into the building.
If you don't feel like fighting it, you can just quickly jump towards the sponge to the left and onto the beams. From here, you will head towards the net with the urchins so that you can hook yourself up and climb. Jump onto the ledge behind you and you'll reach Firth, another Moon Snail Shell, and a shortcut, which is there in case you fall to the ground (which has happened to me so many times).
Wait for the big magnet to arrive and take you to a new building. It will drop you right in front of the third fuse plug. The stairs that lead up are broken, but you don't have to go that way yet anyway. Instead, drop all the way down to the ground and follow the large tube. It will take you to the third fuse.
Climb back using various hooks and put the fuse into the plug. This will activate an elevator which will bridge the gap between the broken stairs. You can now climb up by jumping onto it. Be careful not to slide off as it is pretty annoying to climb all the way up again.
Fourth Skuttleport fuse in Another Crab's Treasure
Keep going up until you reach the roof and the fourth fuse plug. You'll also see another hammer crab in the corner to the right. You can easily avoid a fight by going to the left and around the trash blocks until you reach the fourth fuse in the far left corner. Once you grab it, go back the same way and plug it in.
Fifth Skuttleport fuse in Another Crab's Treasure
This time, you'll move hooks that you can use to cross over to the roof of the next building. On the roof, you'll find another Moon Snail Shell that you need to activate before you go down the hole in the floor. Once you go down, you'll find another magnet that will take you to the next area.
Keep in mind that the moment you drop down to the new building, you'll get attacked by a hammer crab. There is a fifth fuse plug right behind it that you need to find a fuse for. Jump down to the platform below to avoid getting killed. Kill the crabs and go into the room with the sponge. Jump on it and you'll find the fuse.
Sixth Skuttleport fuse in Another Crab's Treasure
When you plug in the fuse, a hook will drop down which you need to grab onto as it will take you to the roof. Now here is where it gets pretty tricky. The switch for the fuse is on the roof, but the fuse will show up in a different area. You need to be very quick if you want to get it before it disappears. Click on the switch then rush up the green net.
Once up, jump over the edge and onto the platform. Hook yourself to the purple net and cross over, being mindful of the urchins, until you can jump onto the platform below. You'll have to make your way across and up the stairs to finally grab the sixth fuse. The plug is right underneath; there's also a Moon Snail Shell there that you should activate.
Last Skuttleport fuse in Another Crab's Treasure
When you plug in the fuse, two gas canisters will appear and you can pass through them. In the next area, you will find the last plug on the roof. There's also a switch right next to it, but sadly, it isn't that easy. The switch is for the spring shell, which is useful if you don't already have one.
The fuse is near, but you can only reach it by stepping under the magnet that circles this area. It will take you up on some trash piles to the right, where a hammer crab and the last fuse are waiting for you. Grab the fuse quickly and jump back down to plug it in.
Now you're officially done with fuses. Go down the stairs and head across the platforms to the last area. You'll see a pipe in the ground. Jump down it to face down and defeat the boss Voltai, the Accumulator. Once you do, you'll get the Eelectrocute adaptation which can charge the battery. Jump down the shaft and make your way back to the boat so that you can give chase.
