Where to get Microplastics in Another Crab’s Treasure

I want more!

Microplastics are an important currency in Another Crab's Treasure. They let you level up and purchase various upgrades for Kril, making him more powerful and hardy against the tougher enemies you'll face as you progress through the game. Here's where to get Microplastics in Another Crab's Treasure.

How to trade for Microplastics in Another Crab's Treasure

If you collect junk, hairclips, and similar items while exploring the ocean, you can trade them for Microplastics at Prawnathan's Prawn Shop and Bottom Feeders. Both of these stores are located in New Carcinia's Lower Crust area. Unfortunately, you can't beat him up for stealing your shell and making you jump through hoops to get it back. We've marked the location fo both stores on the screenshot below.

Keep in mind that you can both buy and sell junk at Prawnthan's store. There are some useful things you can purchase here, though I would save any extra money for new shells or shell insurance. Depending on which items you bring, you can earn more Microplastics, so make sure to collect everything you see when exploring.

If you want more Microplastics, you can also visit the aforementioned Bottom Feeders. Here, you won't be selling junk but your Stowaways. You'll be getting plenty of them anyway, and you only have so many slots available, so it makes sense that you will sell the useless ones.

Just make sure you click on Dismiss Stowaways, and Nemma will take them off your hands. At this store, you can also hire new ones and increase your stowaway capacity if you need to.
