Apex Legends Season 11: Escape gameplay trailer centers Storm Point map, Ash, and the C.A.R. SMG

Trouble in paradise.

What could be more peaceful than a beautiful tropical island getaway, right? Wrong. Not in Apex Legends. Players got a first look at the atmosphere and beauty of Storm Point in the Season 11 Launch Trailer, but the gameplay trailer showed players what actual Points of Interest (POIs) were going to look like. It also showed off features would be present on the map, such as the return of Trident vehicles, and new content like new Wildlife and the Jump Tower equivalent of Gravity Cannons.

We also got to see more of Ash in action, giving us a closer look at her Arc Snare and Phase breach Tactical and Ultimate abilities. Her abilities to portal to a targeted location, and tether enemies, are both meta-shaking, and show this new Legend has something to bring to the table.

The last major reveal in the gameplay trailer was a very first look at the Apex Legends version of the C.A.R. SMG in action. This weapon was previously a part of the Titanfall series, but is finally debuting in Apex Legends for Season 11.

Addition to the main focus of the trailer, we also now know that the reactive skins for the Season 11 Battle Pass are going to be for the Prowler SMG.
