How to claim missing content from Raiders Collection Event glitch in Apex Legends

Get the rewards you deserve.

Cosmetics are a big part of Apex Legends for many players, which is why the glitch that prevented people from getting them in the Raiders Collection Event was very frustrating for many. Initially, there wasn’t much word from the developers on the glitch, only word from the publisher, Electronic Arts (EA) on their help forum that it was being looked into.

Finally, when Respawn acknowledged the glitch on their Twitter account, that gave players hope that the glitch would be fixed. Hopefully, players still played the event, because the glitch fix is now giving rewards retroactively, but only to those who had technically earned them during the event.

In order to get your rewards, all you need to do is log in between Dec. 21 and Jan. 4. All missing rewards will be auto-gifted to you when you enter the lobby the same way a log in bonus would be. You must log in before Jan. 4, or else your glitched or missing items will be gone for good. Do not miss out on this one!
