Before you hop on to your Ikran and attempt to get this Ancestor Skill, you first have to unlock the third area of the game, Clouded Forest, and connect with the region to summon your Ikran. You can do this by simply progressing through the story missions, and once you get to "The Hidden Clan" quest, you can go to this area in the map below.

After getting to that area, you should see a narrow gap. Hop onto the mushroom-looking plants on the right side and enter the gap.

Upon entering the area, you'll need to do a little bit of platforming. Jump onto the ledges carefully. I recommend charging your jump so you can propel yourself higher, making it easier to hop onto the ledges. On the second ledge, you'll have to walk forward through the mini-cove before making your third jump.

Upon landing on the third ledge, you'll have to land on another platform in front of you. After successfully making it through, push forward until you find another platforming area.

The next set of platforms is similar to the first area. You can even skip the second ledge by charging your jump and then performing a double jump to get to the third ledge.

After getting onto the third ledge, simply jump over to the next platform and enter the cave with mushrooms.

Upon entering the cave, there will be three small platforms. Hop onto them, and once you get onto the third platform, look to your left, and you should see a small cove. Go to the small cove and keep walking forward; you should now be at a slightly elevated area of the cave.

Jump onto the next platform right across from you and walk toward the Tarsyu.

Interact with the Tarsyu, and you'll acquire the Free Fast Travel Ancestor Skill and two Skill Points. To exit the cave, simply interact with the Rib Plant next to the Tarsyu. Now, you can Fast Travel endlessly without worrying about your Energy.
