Also, when renovating, try to get the home as close to being in full condition as possible. You can do this by investing more money into the repairs. Once a house is fully repaired, you can sell it for more money by using the Sell option under the house's profile in Assets. When selling a house, try to get the amount earned high as possible. You can increase the sale price by repairing the house's condition or waiting a year. Waiting a year or two will increase the sales price for a house in the game. If you want to wait a year or two before selling a house, use the Age-up option.

How to buy and sell houses in BitLife

BitLife players can buy and sell houses in BitLife, by opening the Asset tab and selecting the Go Shopping menu. Inside the Go Shopping menu, players can find two options for buying houses in the game. These options for buying homes come in the form of two Relator options, and they seem to have few real fundamental differences.

Because of this, use either option and look for a decent home to buy. When buying a house, go for ones with a low condition stat so that you can repair them and earn a ton of money. You can check the condition of houses by clicking on one and viewing the condition stat as shown below:

We recommend going for any homes that have an orange stat or lower so that you can make the most money. Also, try to avoid buying a house that will cost too much to repair. Once you have a home, use the Renovate option to repair it. After restoring your house, you can later sell it using the Sell option under the options list inside a house profile shown below:

How to flip a house for BitLife challenge objectives

If you are trying to flip houses for BitLife challenge objectives, you need to keep flipping houses and selling them until you earn a certain amount. For the House Flipper challenge, you must flip and sell homes until you earn over 1.5 million dollars in profit. However, to complete the house flipping objective in the Phantom challenge, the amount earned needs to be at least five million dollars. Besides the 5 million dollar requirement, the houses sold need to be Haunted Houses. Here's how to flip a haunted house in BitLife:

How to flip a Haunted House in BitLife

Flipping Haunted Houses is a requirement for the Phantom Flipper challenge in BitLife. To flip a Haunted House, you must follow the same steps as with regular houses. The only difference is instead of a normal house, you need to buy a haunted one. You can find Haunted Houses under the Relator option inside Go Shopping. After purchasing a Haunted House, you can flip it by repairing it and then selling it for more money. To complete the Haunted House requirement for the Phantom Flipper challenge, you will need to repeat these steps until you earn over five million dollars from flipping Haunted Houses.

However, before you can sell Haunted Houses, it is a good idea to exorcise any ghosts residing in the home. You can exorcise ghosts by interacting with them under the Spirit tab. Interacting with ghosts will give two options: Exorcise and Summon it. Use the Exorcise option if you are an Exorcist or hire an Exorcist to eliminate the ghost. Getting rid of the ghost will allow you to sell the Haunted House easier in the game. But if you are not an Exorcist, you will have a much lower chance of getting rid of the ghost. Because of this, we recommend trying to become an Exorcist in BitLife for the best results with exorcising ghosts.
